It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Products purchased from 'Vera Pera' are eligible for return, replacement, or exchange within the applicable return or replacement period if they arrive in a physically damaged condition or differ from their description on the product detail page. Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you encounter any issues, please email us at info@verapera.com within 3 DAYS of receiving your order, specifying your order number and providing a brief description of the problem. You must include a photo of the defect with your email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.

Refunds

If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 5 business days.
